The ARTIST hereby indemnifies the Organisation against any loss or damage whether to property left in the Organisation's care or under their control from time to time or otherwise, however this loss or damage may arise.

Items left under the control of the Organisation should be accompanied by a list clearly identifying them and with a clear indication of the minimum selling price. Items not for sale should be carefully identified as such.

The Organisation cannot guarantee the sale of any item in their care or under their control.

THE ARTWORK/S

Please Note: keep in mind that approximately 33% will be added to your price to determine the selling price (10% + 14% VAT for Constitution Hill, 10% for FACE and 10% for the Starfish Foundation).
